SHIPPING

Being a small business, we will endeavor to get your order out to you as soon as we can.

For all Australian orders, we will use Australia post to ship all parcels. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can stay up to date on your parcels journey. Orders over $150 will qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, you will have the option to choose standard or express postage at the checkout. 

RATES

Standard shipping - $11

Express shipping - $15

NZ Shipping - $25

International shipping - $40

Please note that we will not held liable for any loss, damage or delay to parcels once dispatched as this is out of our hands. On the odd occasion this may occur you will need to follow this up with the postal services. 

DUTIES AND TAXES will need to be paid by the customer. You can check these rates with your local customs office. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return a full price item, we will offer you an exchange/credit note. Please contact us first via email info@minimarkov.com before sending back your item/s. Once approved, you will need to return the item/s in an unworn, unwashed and original condition with the tags. Please ensure that your item is shipped back to us within 7 days. 

Once received and checked, we will then arrange the exchange/credit note. 

If your item is FAULTY, please reach out to us as soon as you receive the order and send us photos of the damage/faults. We will inspect and arrange a refund if approved. 

Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  

SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.
